Delete your account
You can delete your numclash account and all the personal data we store about you. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open numclash on your device.
- Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar, then scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account in the Danger zone.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and personal data are removed immediately. Your Player ID is retired and never reissued. Any legacy @username on your account is freed up. Backups (used only for disaster recovery) roll off within 30 days.
Option 2 — Without installing the app
If you don't have the app installed (or can't sign in), email us from the email address linked to your account:
for_online@icloud.com
✉ Send deletion request
Include in your email:
- Your Player ID if you know it (the 6+ digit number like
#100042shown in Settings) - The email address linked to the account
- Optionally — a reason (helps us improve)
We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
⚠ This is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Your points, match history, friends list, and ban / report records (if any) are removed. Your Player ID is retired forever and will not be reissued to anyone else.
What gets deleted
- Your auth record (Google / email / Apple sign-in link).
- Your profile: display name, Player ID, any legacy username, country, age data.
- Your premium tier flag (if any).
- Your wallet: points balance, spinner history.
- Your friends graph: friendship records on both sides.
- Your push notification tokens.
- Your in-match reactions and chat content.
What stays (and why)
- Anonymised match history — your past games stay on the system but with your identity stripped. This keeps opponents' match records intact and helps fairness analysis.
- Reports & moderation records — if you've been reported or banned, those records are kept for up to 24 months for safety review (with personal identifiers removed where possible).
- Aggregated analytics — anonymous app-usage metrics that can't be tied back to you.
- Backups — incremental backups roll off after 30 days.
